VBelts run your power drive system by way of friction, making them an extremely hightension solution. Due to their relatively low cost and ease of installation, VBelts are among the most commonly used belts for industrial applications. The VShape is specifically designed to fit into the pulley's sheave grooves, making slippage and failure far less likely than with a traditional flat belt and pulley systems.
VBELT OPTIONSBanded VBelts
When used in place of multiple VBelts, Banded VBelts improve your system’s performance with pulsating loads. By introducing a joint configuration, Banded VBelts are far less likely to turn over, and belt replacement no longer requires the matching of multiple single bands.
BANDED VBELT OPTIONSTiming Belts
When combined with toothed pulleys or sprockets, a timingband helps your system operate with improved timing. Its toothed profile lends it a higher power density than other belts, allowing usage of smaller belts and pulleys in a comparable load.
