A Closer Look
With high-pressure hoses, hidden dangers lurk far beneath the surface. Wear and tear of your hose can lead to equipment failure, and puts safety at risk. Unfortunately, this damage occurs deep inside the hose where you can’t see it. Lucky for you, we’ve got the tools and expertise to keep those hidden dangers at arms length. And don’t worry; we’ll come to you.
Through the use of a borescope, we can travel through the length of the hose to check its condition and diagnose potential points of failure and its overall condition. Our borescopes use a long, extendable tube with a lens attached, allowing us to inspect the inside of the hose in real time. We can take video of the entire procedure and snap photos to show you exactly where problems lie, or where they might crop up in the future.
Whenever possible, we’ll do everything in our power to help you keep your hoses in peak working order. Our reputation is built on your trust, and we’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need. But our first priority, and yours, is always safety. When a hose is shot, we’ll make sure you’ve got what you need. We stock most of the assemblies found on a rig, so we can replace that faulty hose in no time.

Failed hose assemblies account for up to 50% of all downtime on the rig. For customers enrolled in the Rig Package, we can pressure test ANY hose we sell. Using our state-of-the-art hose test bench, we’ll certify the maximum PSI for your hoses, giving you the peace of mind of a hose that will stand up to anything you throw at it.
