I started at Austin Hose in January 2020 as a yard hand—taking care of the day-to-day basics like organizing the warehouse, washing trucks, and handling maintenance tasks wherever they were needed. From there, I moved into the oil & gas delivery role, delivering orders to drilling rigs and building real relationships with the people in the field. As my next step, I transitioned into the mobile hose crimping van, where I learned hose sizes, pressure ratings, and how to match the correct hose to each application—while also starting to meet customers on rigs and building the relationships I developed on the rigs. Today, as an oil and gas sales consultant, I support customers with fast communication and reliable recommendations they can count on. I was proud when I got promoted to oil & gas sales consultant, and I’ve worked hard to earn trust through the way I keep my word and provide solutions in fast-paced, stressful environments.

I joined Austin Hose in 2017 as an Outside Sales Representative, but I started by working in the shop to learn the products and understand the business from the ground up. I was recruited by a manager who noticed my work ethic and determination, and Austin Hose has continued to recognize and reward that effort throughout my career. Over the years, I've grown from Outside Sales to West Texas Oil & Gas Sales Manager and now serve as VP of Oil & Gas. What makes Austin Hose special is that hard work, accountability, and a willingness to learn create real opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Austin Hose gave me the chance to rebuild my life during a challenging time, and one of my proudest accomplishments has been helping develop talented sales professionals who carry forward the culture and values that make this company successful.

I recently celebrated 11 years with Austin Hose, and my journey started on the parts counter with no college degree—just a willingness to learn and work hard. Over the years, I took on new challenges, gained experience in different areas of the business, and continued growing alongside the company. Today, I serve as Regional Operations Manager, helping support multiple locations and the talented teams that make our success possible. Austin Hose has provided opportunities for growth that I never imagined when I first walked through the door, and I’m proud to be part of a company that invests in its people. Looking back, it’s rewarding to see how far both the company and I have come together.
