At Austin Hose, we have updated our shipping structure to provide clearer pricing and more consistent value across all online orders.

2% Online Order Discount

Effective November 3, 2025, Austin Hose transitioned from a free freight model to a simplified pricing structure:

• All web orders receive a 2% discount

• No freight threshold is required to qualify

• The discount is automatically applied at checkout

• Savings are reflected directly on your order total

This approach ensures every online customer receives immediate value, regardless of order size.

LTL / Freight Shipments

For web orders that ship via LTL or common carrier freight:

• Orders of $2,500 or more qualify for one prepaid freight shipment

• Applies to standard pallets only

• Pallets must not exceed 48" x 48"

• Multiple pallets, oversized pallets, or special handling may result in additional freight charges

• Expedited services are not included in prepaid terms

Freight eligibility is determined by merchandise total before tax and after the 2% web discount.

Freight Terms

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable surcharges unless otherwise stated

• Shipping charges calculated by austinhose.com at checkout are estimates only and may be adjusted at the time of shipment

• Austin Hose reserves the right to change shipping totals based on actual shipping costs, carrier rates, dimensions, weight, or accessorial requirements when the order ships

• Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier

• No claims for shortages will be allowed unless Austin Hose is notified within 10 days of receipt of goods by the Buyer

• All claims for goods damaged or lost in transit must be made to the carrier, as Austin Hose has no responsibility therefor

• Austin Hose reserves the right to make partial shipments
