2% Online Order Discount

Effective November 3, 2025, Austin Hose transitioned from a free freight model to a simplified pricing structure:

• All web orders receive a 2% discount

• No freight threshold is required to qualify

• The discount is automatically applied at checkout

• Savings are reflected directly on your order total

This approach ensures every online customer receives immediate value, regardless of order size.

For web orders that ship via LTL or common carrier freight:

• Orders of $2,500 or more qualify for one prepaid freight shipment

• Applies to standard pallets only

• Pallets must not exceed 48" x 48"

• Multiple pallets, oversized pallets, or special handling may result in additional freight charges

• Expedited services are not included in prepaid terms

Freight eligibility is determined by merchandise total before tax and after the 2% web discount.
